In Taipei, there are many restaurants.some are famous, some are normal, but most of them are really good to take a try. I eat many of them, but there are only a few of the restaurants there are excellent. For example, the restaurant on the top floor of Palais de Chine Hotel, Le Palais, it's my favorite restaurant in Taipei. The Junpin Hotel in Taipei Station combines European classical design, aristocratic elegance, and oriental philosophy to create the image of Taipei's first five-star cultural hotel. The 17th-floor Chinese restaurant "Yu Gong" is the only restaurant in Taiwan that won the "2018 Taipei Michelin Guide" Samsung's highest affirmation."La Palais" is a "palace" in French. It means that in addition to enjoying the royal respect in the dining atmosphere and service, and integrating the Eastern and Western art and culture from the perspective of the "Eastern World in the Eyes of Westerners".

The first time I ate this restaurant was an opportunity, that time this restaurant was not famous enough, so my father let us have a try then. The designs there were very gorgeous and beautiful, I was scared that moment, the clerks there were so nice to us, they open the elevator for us and take our bags to our seats.

The other thing that I surprised a lot, every dishes we ordered were extremely great and tasty. I remember I tasted the first dish and I can't stop eating myself. I really recommend their shrimp dumplings, the shrimps inside were very juicy and soft, the skin outside was tight but it tastes delicious. The golden color chicken broth is stewed within 8 hours. Even though it is not as thick as Taipei Chongxi Ramen Restaurant, it still brings back the memories of the chicken soup from my mom, the smell of them both are similar. Seriously, I did not like to eat shrimp noodle soup, but their shrimp Wonton noodle soup made me love to eat it. But the thing that I felt, unfortunately, is their main meal, roasted duck, wasn't my favorite meal in there, that was not juicy enough and the taste was not right for me. The last food I recommend is the popular sweet soup, the mangoes inside are a sweety, the taste is different from HongKong. But I thought it is better than theirs.

This restaurant is a big memory to me. Notwithstanding the price of this meal is expensive, but it is merit to spent the money on this.
